Allied Churches Teaching Self-Empowerment Community Development Corporation (ACTS CDC)

We could not have served our new homeowner families without multiple community partners and multiple sources of funding. Your donation will allow ACTS to meet the housing needs of Milwaukee low income families.  The services we provide to meet these needs include our one-on-one credit and home buying education, real estate brokerage, loan and grant coordination and administration, rehab management, and post-closing assistance.  These services not only help the families we serve, but create an economic and social ripple effect that helps to strengthen the central city neighborhoods we target.

Financial and in-kind contributions allow ACTS to successfully serve many lower income families each year.  ACTS is a tax-exempt, nonprofit organization.  A contibution of any size is tax deductible.

Donations go to the ACTS Revolving Loan Fund for owner occupied rehab loans provided at no cost to ACTS homeowners unless you contact ACTS to direct it towards ACTS General Operations.
